Greetings from the beautiful Oregon Coast! It is a perfect sunshiny day and I am sitting on the balcony of our fancy oceanside getaway to type this post today... ah, life is good! :)
Jen has given us another fabulous sketch for inspiration and I have a fun card with a summer time feel to share with you today.
I recently got a Silhouette Cameo and I have been having fun learning how to use it. I created the hello circle with a brush script font and cut it out a couple of times till I figured out the right size for my card! =) I added some bright cardstock from Papertrey Ink -- Hawaiian Shores and Raspberry Fizz, I think, and a piece of chevron paper from Glitz Design's Cashmere Dame 6x6 pad, a couple of MME enamel dots and called it good!
Here is the list of the other DT members so you can see the amazing creations they have come up with using this week's fantastic sketch:
- Arielle Gordon
- Cresta Woodruff
- Jen Shults (sitting out this week)
- Joanne Basile
- Kadie Ensley
- Kim O’Connell
- Sheri Gilson
- Tangii Crain
- Tracey Pickersgill
I hope you are inspired to give this fabulous sketch a try. If you want to play along with us at The Deconstructed Sketch this week, the linky tool and details are over on Jen's blog!
Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy your day!
I bet you are having a grand time with your new machine! Let me know if you have any questions!!!
