My First Bella Card!

I have recently discovered Bella stamps from stampingbella.com. They are so cute. I love, love, love them. For this card I stamped Teddybella on white cardstock and colored her with pencils and pieced her outfit from blue card stock and patterned paper by Scenic Route. Then I cut around her with my decorative scissors and adhered her with dimensionals to a piece of cardstock run through my Cuttlebug. The rub-ons are by 7 Gypsies.
