I LOVE this paper! I picked it up at my LSS the other day. It is from the Chocolat collection by SEI. The butterflies are embossed! So cool! The sentiment is a sticker by Wordsworth that I have had forever and just recently discovered in my stash-- love it when that happens!

Papertrey Blog Hop

Here is my entry for tonight's Papertrey Blog Hop. I decided to take a chipboard flower and cover it with velvet ribbon and use some lace behind it. Since the only Papertrey products I have so far are stamps, I used the AWESOME Everyday Blessings set for this card. The DP is by graphic 45: Love is Blue from the Baby 2 Bride Collection. I used a Prima flower and an SEI brad to finish it off.

Happy Monday!

Well, we made it through the big weekend. My Grandpa's memorial service was Saturday. It went well, a lot of people came, which was nice for my Grandma. It meant a lot to her that so many people thought so much of Grandpa. The slide show that I worked so hard on and lost so much sleep over turned out very well and went smoothly. (There was some question about that on Friday!! So I was really nervous until that part of it was over! =)) All in all, the service was a nice tribute to my Grandpa's 80 years of life.

Today's card is a quick one that I created in the midst of my slide show making experience when I needed a break. I think it is a nice, cheerful card and was so easy to make.
