The Deconstructed Sketch No. 150

Hello there!

Welcome to the 150th edition of The Deconstructed Sketch!

Jen has another great sketch for us this week. I don't know how she does it, but she just keeps creating awesome sketches to inspire us week after week!

I am taking the Online Card Classes Watercolor for Cardmakers class and loving every minute! I am learning so much!

Today's card is a reflection of some of the things we are learning... I used a Memory Box Geranium stamp inked with Tim Holtz distress inks and then went over it with a watercolor brush and added some Wink of Stella, because everything is better with a little sparkle! :)

Mama Elephant Photo Inspiration Challenge

Hi there!

Just popping in to share a card I made for Mama Elephant's Photo Inspiration Challenge. I have been trying to play along all month, but life just kept getting in the way, so I am getting this in just before the challenge ends. Of course, I have to play because there is an awesome prize to be won: a 6-month spot on the ME Challenge Team. Mama Elephant is my FAVORITE stamp company, so I at least have to try! :)

I absolutely love the new Hello die and of course, the Femme Frames is one of my favorite ME products. I used watercolor paper, and did a broad swipe of color and traced the letters with clear Wink of Stella.
